Terms and Conditions for Rad Retreats

By purchasing a ticket and attending Rad Retreats, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Terms
   These Terms and Conditions govern my participation in Rad Retreats. By purchasing a ticket, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to all terms outlined below.
   
   
2. Ticket Purchase and Payment
   Tickets for Rad Retreats are available for purchase via SpiritualityWithSam.com. The price of the ticket is as stated at the time of purchase. Payment must be made in full at the time of ticket purchase. I understand that my ticket is confirmed only after payment is processed and the intake form is completed.
   
   
3. Cancellations and Transfers
   All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be canceled or transferred to another person.
   
   
4. Participant Behavior
   I agree to behave respectfully and responsibly during the retreat. This includes adhering to all rules and instructions provided by the retreat organizers. I understand that disruptive behavior, including but not limited to the use of drugs or alcohol, will not be tolerated and may result in my removal from the retreat without a refund.
   
   
5. Liability and Assumption of Risk
   I acknowledge and accept that participating in Rad Retreats involves physical and mindfulness activities that carry inherent risks. By attending, I assume all responsibility for these risks, as outlined in the Liability Waiver I agreed to upon purchasing my ticket.
   
   
6. Medical and Emergency Situations
   I am responsible for my own health and safety during the retreat. I confirm that I am physically and mentally able to participate in the retreat activities. In case of an emergency, I authorize the retreat organizers to seek medical treatment on my behalf if necessary. I understand that Rad Retreats and its organizers are not responsible for any medical expenses or emergencies that may occur.
   
   
7. Photography and Media
   I consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the retreat for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and future marketing materials. If I prefer not to be photographed or filmed, I will notify the retreat organizers in writing before the event.
   
   
8. Force Majeure
   Rad Retreats reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, health emergencies, etc.). In such cases, I understand that the retreat organizers will make reasonable efforts to reschedule, but no refunds will be provided.
   
   
9. Governing Law
   The laws of Virginia, USA govern these terms and conditions, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of Virginia, USA.
